You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA well-established independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager or Assistant Account Manager to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to manage and support a generalist commercial book of business while working in a collaborative supportive office environment.
Provide day-to-day servicing of a generalist commercial book
Handle renewals policy changes billing and claims support
Quote and remarket accounts as needed
Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities with commissions available for organic business brought in
Utilize AMS360 agency management system
For Account Manager: Prior Commercial Lines servicing experience and active P&C license
For Assistant Account Manager: Insurance office or service experience preferred; P&C license not required but preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a professional client-focused approach
Salary Range: $50K$90K depending on experience and role commission opportunities
