Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing including proposal development product demonstrations with SMEs negotiations and contracting.
Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity
Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other WTW divisions to win and close the deal
Building and developing relationship to work with clients understanding their needs and aligning them with WTW insurance propositions.
Reflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics) and provide regular sales report and forecasts to management
Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends
Qualifications
The Requirements
8 10 years of software sales experience
3 5 years selling into the insurance industry
Understanding of insurance trends ideal if you have experience working with actuaries and finance professional.
Determination and a great attitude
Able to travel 50% of time within the assigned territory
