What does this role entail
The Product Marketing Manager is a core member of Fenergos go-to-market engine responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth market awareness and customer adoption.
This role will partner closely with Product Sales Marketing and SME teams to deliver compelling product positioning effective enablement content and high-impact go-to-market programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset able to translate product capabilities into customer value and ensure our offerings stand out in a competitive market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop differentiated positioning value propositions and messaging frameworks for assigned products and solutions.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across all customer-facing channels and materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends competitive offerings and buyer personas.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sales enablement assets including battlecards pitch decks competitive briefs and product one-pagers.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to design campaigns aligned to product priorities.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors market shifts and customer needs to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product Management providing feedback from the field.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product to translate technical capabilities into market-ready value propositions.
- Work with Sales to ensure readiness to position and sell products effectively.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promote adoption.
- Persona development and customer segmentation
- Compelling thought leadership content - whitepapers case studies etc.
- Leveraging AI-powered tools to support market research actionableinsightsand GTM execution
RequirementsDesired Experience
- 26 years experience in product marketing go-to-market strategy or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven ability to execute go-to-market (GTM) plans and to develop and manage repeatable functional programs that drive consistent results.
- Strong experience in cross-functional coordination working closely with Product Management Sales and other go-to-market teams to ensure smooth and successful execution of Product-to-Field processes.
- Demonstrated success in developing messaging launching products and enabling sales teams through effective content tools and programs.
- Familiarity with using functional tools to manage key programs and workflows (e.g. Asana Gong Salesforce CRM SharePoint Seismic or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and stakeholders.
Nice To Have
- Experience in RegTech FinTech or compliance-heavy industries (e.g. banking insurance AML/KYC software).
- Exposure to AI/automation tools in marketing or GTM workflows.
- Experience in multi-product or complex enterprise environments.
