Job Summary
- Collaborate closely with Simmons & Simmons employment practice and clients legal HR and payroll teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Provide expert advice on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment processes ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of post-qualification experience as an employment lawyer or compliance specialist.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations particularly from an HR perspective.
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
- Experience in delivering projects within the Hong Kong or Singapore markets is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
