Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with Simmons & Simmons employment practice and clients legal HR and payroll teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment processes ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 6 to 10 years of post-qualification experience as an employment lawyer or compliance specialist.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations particularly from an HR perspective.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
  • Experience in delivering projects within the Hong Kong or Singapore markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
