Job Summary
Are you a good match
You have provenprofessional experience in client engagement and good communication skills. You are highly responsible detail-oriented collaborative and proficient in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MS Office. You master English and Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you
Reporting to the Regional Client Development Manager. You will be supporting in deploying the CRM strategy within the APA region focusing on building client this function you will:
Drive the campaign deployment in line with the regional calendar:
- Support scheduling testing and deployment of email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate translations campaign briefs for local markets and ensure all campaigns meet quality standards.
Coordinate with HQ and markets on the delivery of clienteling campaigns:
- Align and implement targeting guidelines for APA markets.
- Support client list integration and monitor program performance.
Facilitate the mailing campaign deployment:
- Coordinate with different parties on orders and distribution and client list sharing
- Anticipate budget and quantity forecasts for the upcoming months
Support on monitoring of clienteling tools:
- Liaise with the technical team on ticket management for technical issues and collect/consolidate feedback from markets for evolution requests.
Reporting and monitoring:
- Analyze campaign performance through dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain the CRM campaign calendar and benchmark competitor strategies.
