Position Specifics:
Schedule: Full time 40 hrs/wk Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm some evenings and weekends
Location: Hybrid based in Green Bay WI travel to Sheboygan and Oconto Falls

Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in public health health education epidemiology or community health is required.
- High School diploma plus five years experience in public health health education epidemiology or community health may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in either health education public health or community-based leadership is required. (This experience is in addition to any experience in lieu of degree).

Pay Range:
$26.80 - $40.20A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
