Key Responsibilities:

- Identify source and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Passion for finding and attracting top talent.
