Job Summary

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office and various departments.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and other correspondences.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain documents reports and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.


Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Korean language (both written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferably in a Korean MNC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
