Job Summary:
As UHNW Banker Lead Executive Director in the Thailand Market team at JP Morgan you will operate in a player coach capacity responsible for managing a team of bankers and prospectors as well as acquiring new clients and managing all aspects of client relationships across the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in Thailand and Singapore with coverage out of Singapore.
- Manage all aspects of client relationship develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts. Build portfolio of clients using resources and expertise of JPMorgans platforms products services and networks.
- Actively involved in prospecting and acquiring new clients cultivate prospect lists and actively convert them into clients and deepen relationships.
- Work in close partnership with Investors in proposing delivering and executing solutions for clients; as well as in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintaining client relationships answering clients enquiries day-to-day account operations update clients regularly on markets portfolio performance investments opportunities risks. Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance operational and due diligence requirements.
- Ability to create differentiated events for UHNW Thailand clients.
- Keep track of Clients Assets Under Management (AUM) and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.
- Oversee private client relationships by providing strategic advice based on each clients wealth objectives. Provide access to specialists and manage clients investment portfolios and responsible for working with other team members on client sponsorship / Know Your Client.
- Lead supervise and coach the team to maximize their individual contribution to the team.
Required Qualifications Skills And Capabilities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum 15 years experience in a similar capacity covering the Thailand and Singapore markets along with strong client and stakeholder management skills is required.
- Understand and have working knowledge of the banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.
- Proven sales and client management skills with effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence UHNW clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.
- Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
Preferred Qualifications Skills And Capabilities
- Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred. However if you do not possess an existing Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) Register in Singapore you will be required to sit for Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2 in order to get registered as a Representative with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the private banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of relevant financial markets and instruments.
