DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of construction projects focusing on M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems and data centre facilities.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and mentor project managers and teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with clients consultants and subcontractors ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Analyze project risks and implement strategies for mitigation.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and resource allocation.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on construction M&E and data centre projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes project management methodologies and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experienced in dealing with government agencies and authorities
