Job Description:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft personalized solution proposals forHRIS (Talenta) Accounting Software (Jurnal) and CRM (Qontak) products.
- Deliver compelling product demos solution presentations and technical deep-dives to prospective clients.
- Lead solution scoping sessions and translate complex business challenges into feasible product solutions.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to provide feedback that enhances product roadmap alignment with market needs.
- Support RFP/RFI responses technical documentation and integration planning when required.
- Build a scalable presales process and toolkit to support rapid go-to-market across multiple industries.
- Mentor and manage a team of solution engineers (if applicable) ensuring delivery excellence across deals.
- Ensure a smooth handover from presales to post-sales/implementation teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Accounting or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in presales solution consulting or sales engineering preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of HRIS CRM and/or Accounting Software workflows and value propositions.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact product demos and articulate complex solutions in a simple business-friendly way.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales Product CS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client pain points into product-based solutions.
- Bonus: Experience managing a team.
