Job Description
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Research & Development (R&D) to lead innovative projects and drive product development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to oversee R&D teams collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the company’s growth through cutting-edge beverage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing formulations.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends technologies and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Present research findings and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Food Science Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in R&D within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful product development projects.
- Strong knowledge of beverage formulation processing technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
