Our client is an automotive company that is looking to build a modern and internationalMotor City.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full project cycle from planning and designing execution monitoring and controlling up to the completion of the project.
- Planning for project orientation concept format transportation and operation of the Motor City.
- Maintain a positive relationship with various stakeholders vendors and contractors to ensure project schedulebudget and operational standards are met.
- Support senior management and group decision making.
- Effectively utilize staff and resources and set organizational models that fit the project requirement.
- Lead by example to safeguard against project and construction risks.
- Degree or above in Business Management Marketing or related disciplines.
- Over 10 years experience in city complex projects.
- Experience in project planning construction operation overseas is preferable.
- Hands-on experience with project (business area of 100 thousand square meters or above) in advance cities such as Hong Kong Singapore Taiwan is an advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge in building facilities such as manufacturing scientific research education finance medical and entertainment will be considered.
- Willing to travel.
- Good command of both written and spoken English Chinese and Mandarin.
