Job Description
KITE Search is partnering with a Top 3 listed Hong Kong developer. As a brand they are known for developing some of the most impressive buildings in Hong Kong with a well earned reputation for quality and luxury across a diverse portfolio. Due to recent successful land acquisition the group is further expanding their project team for upcoming luxury residential projects in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- As an Senior Project Manager you will be overseeing residential development projects from conceptual design stage to completion such as master planning design managing external consultants and contractors monitoring of site works in accordance with the specifications and drawings completion and delivery of the project.
- Consulting with the government authorities across project submissions approvals and inspections in a timely manner.
- Keep track of the latest regulations to ensure statutory compliance for all government submissions of the projects.
- Manage the site progress and performance of consultants contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality requirements within the established timelines meeting key milestones and within budget.
- Have a good working realtionship with all sections of the Project Department resolving design and engineering issues that may affect the master plan or the progress of work.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
- 12 years of post-qualification project management experience
- Familiar with Hong Kongs relevant ordinances
- Professional qualification with HKIA / HKIS / HKIE / IMechE or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in full cycle project delivery of large-scale residential development projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build a team and lead from the front
