Job Description
Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.
Officer / Senior Officer Talent Programmes InnoAcademy
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of talent programmes for tertiary students and graduates by working closely with HKSTP internal teams partner companies universities and tertiary institutions
- Keep track of expenses support procurement processes and handle administrative tasks for the team
- Update and maintain programme records and documentation
- Prepare promotional materials draft social media posts to recruit companies and talents to participate in talent programmes
- Organize different types of events and activities such as sharing sessions company visits etc. for the participants
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Degree holder in Science / Engineering Social Science Business Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in higher education human resources or youth development
- Interest in working with young people and contributing to Hong Kongs I&T development
- Effective project management and vendor management experience
- Self-motivated results-driven well-organised and detail-oriented willing to work under a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team player
- Good research and writing skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere) a plus
