Support the planning and execution of talent programmes for tertiary students and graduates by working closely with HKSTP internal teams partner companies universities and tertiary institutions
Keep track of expenses support procurement processes and handle administrative tasks for the team
Update and maintain programme records and documentation
Prepare promotional materials draft social media posts to recruit companies and talents to participate in talent programmes
Organize different types of events and activities such as sharing sessions company visits etc. for the participants
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Degree holder in Science / Engineering Social Science Business Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in higher education human resources or youth development
Interest in working with young people and contributing to Hong Kongs I&T development
Effective project management and vendor management experience
Self-motivated results-driven well-organised and detail-oriented willing to work under a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team player
Good research and writing skills in English and Chinese
Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere) a plus
