Job Description

On behalf of our client a hybrid iPaaS & AI automation platform SD Solutions is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to proactively generate qualified leads and accelerate our growth in the US market for the mid-market. This role involves identifying prospects initiating conversations and scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting (calls emails social outreach) to decision-makers in finance data operations and sales roles from MQL to SQL.
  • Qualify leads through effective discovery clearly communicating Enginis unique AI orchestration & automation value.
  • Schedule and coordinate high-value appointments and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records using CRM
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of outbound SDR experience in SaaS (B2B mid-market or enterprise).
  • Using for CRM and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong prospecting qualification and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proactive organized and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) or AI integration solutions.
  • Experience targeting enterprise-level stakeholders.
