What this job involvesBe fully responsible for internal meeting management and external meeting service docking and on-site coordination with Event agencies at client clients meeting service standards and processes and arranging for the meeting service team to work with other FM teams to complete on-site service fully manage the event-relevant procurement warehousing and flow of materials required for conference services keep records of all processes and submit regular operational catering and venue solutions for major event-related content and support the clients administration department in communicating and implementing with external event companies and the clients internal and build a conference support team with qualified staff develop SOPs for conference services and conduct regular training on conference services banqueting reception etiquette and etiquette and hospitality to ensure the day-to-day needs of conference support across all and coordinate with the soft services and hard services teams to ensure that all facilities at the venue meet the meeting and banqueting needs of the meeting and conference monthly reports on conference services and report issues and solutions to the client and supervisors in a timely the client in managing the operation of catering suppliers to meet the clients requirements and standards in the provision of catering for events such as meetings and banquets and make timely and optimal recommendations for best An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skills Required Good at office software (Word Excel PPT);Basic financial concepts and knowledge Good oral communication in English and Chinese and written expression and meticulous in work good understanding and comprehension good at summarizing; quick response responsibility execution and logical thinking data analysis and forecasting skills strong organizational coordination communication and interpersonal skills and team leadership and collaboration good at business relations and event organization and ability to react quickly and learn proactively and the ability to deal with matters efficiently and independently with a strong sense of time and strong resistance to pressure. Prefer Hospitality management-related background rich experience in banqueting and conference operations and experienced in banquet procurement and the ability to produce proposals and least five years of relevant working experience with experience in managing a team of more than 30 people in conference and banqueting working experience in large international corporations and foreign-owned enterprises is this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all the requirements.
