We are currently seeking a Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) APAC Lead to join our Account team. The HSSE APAC Lead position will be key member of the Account Team. The role is site based with periodic travel to various sites to review site activities assist with investigations or to attend client meetings (est. 10% to 20% travel).Become the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the account. Communicate HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team in APAC as well as with the Global Account HSSE a team of HSSE professionals to ensure and maintain the Accounts Safety Management System by: oPlay a lead role in the continued development and refinement of JLLs HSSE culture and training programs on the technical expertise strategic leadership and support for all various JLL facilities on HSSE regulatory compliance issues and HSSE training and promotion activities as needed on specific topics applicable to the account. oManage and provide HSSE oversight on the trending factors and indicators to management on a pre-determined basis. Provide JLL Team and Client with current and historical HSSE data to perform to all KPI that HSSE accidents injuries near misses/good catches and other events are captured and the data is managed and reported. Manage the OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements for the account. oParticipate with operating sites as needed to lead or support investigations of serious safety events the analysis of root cause(s) support/track the implementation of effective corrective actions and prepare communications to share the lessons-learned from such events across the account environmental compliance efforts as specified in the JLL/client Master Service Agreement (MSA)/Statement of Work (SOW).Ensure implementation of account HSSE procedures documentation and records through ISO 14001 & 45001 certification degree in safety management industrial hygiene environmental science or relevant field.8 years of experience. Relevant professional certification(s)GMP/GxP experience highly Industry OSHA certifications a plus (CHM CSHM CIH CSP CEP etc.)Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques ideally within a pharmaceutical facilities management and understanding of relevant standards legislation codes of practice guidance and operating skills to deliver specialist advice at all levels and to deliver localized training to staff as organizational skills information management proficiency and collaborative management style are to keep abreast of trends and related best of strong interpersonal skills in order to establish credibility with clients colleagues and senior verbal and written communication skills with English as the working language.
