Revenue Growth
Data Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of partnership performance data to derive insights and recommend adjustments for improved outcomes.
Knowledge sharing upscaling the organization
Help to institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships and countries across the organization being known as the go-to person for best practices across Digital Partnership Account Management and Growth.
Project Management
Implementation Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of partnership initiatives coordinating with internal teams such as marketing product and IT.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively for partnership execution ensuring optimal use of personnel and budget.
Experience in digital platform such as e-wallet consumer credit digital banking financial services or digital broker
Strong fundamentals in consumer marketing marketing communications and/or advertising.
Project management and collaboration skills across multiple function areas.
Knowledge and/or experience in insurance industry is a plus.
Motivated independent and highly organised individual
High attention to details meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
Able to take lead and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Able to articulate ideas and concepts
