We are looking fortalents to join our Medical Devices Janssen or Consumer team in the CzechRepublic.

Once we do open such an opportunity in any of the J&J sectors wewill prioritize your interest and connect with you on the next steps.
In this role you would be managingthe sales team and would be responsible for the sales results in a designatedregion and business unit. You will also be expected to work on continually increasingthe market share turnover and profitability in respective business unit in theCzech Republic.
The responsibilities & theimpact YOU will have:
- Coachand support sales team to reach their goals
- Identifyopportunities to improve sales performance and set priorities to your team
- Executeseffective product launches according to the plan made together with marketing.
- Regularcatch ups with the sales team members on their progress incl. field visits tosupport them
- Identifytraining needs of the team members
- Proactiverecruitment of new team members when needed
- Arbitratingin disputes or misunderstandings within the team and externally too
