Location: Remote (Latin America preferred; must align with CST timezone)
Compensation: $2200 - 2500 USD/month (flexible for exceptional talent)

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM

A creative production studio specializing in high-quality photography videography 3D tours and marketing content for the Real Estate and Property Markets.
The team has deep roots in commercial video production and is known for delivering exceptional quality fast turnaround and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished compelling final products.
- Manage a high volume of work typically 3 simple videos per day or 1 complex video per day.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for platforms such as TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold high production standards across all video deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative professionals influencers and internal teams.
- Organize and manage media assets to ensure efficient workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (candidate provides license; one-time $300 cost).
- Proven video editing experience with a strong polished portfolio.
- Reliable Mac computer (MacBook Pro or Mac Studio with atleast 16GB RAM and 1TB storage) video editing.
- High-speed internet (atleast 200Mbps download and 100Mbps upload) capable of handling large file transfers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Skills in sound design motion graphics and light animation.
- Experience creating and repurposing content for social media platforms.
- University degree or equivalent professional training.

- Edited videos consistently meet or exceed 8090% internal quality standards.
- Reliable turnaround: daily delivery of edits aligned with project volume.
- Strong collaboration and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
