Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Procurement Manager located in Shanghai Jiading.
Reporting to the Head of SCM the Procurement Manager role involves mechanical process support for power product.
What a typical day looks like:
- Fulfill the tasks assigned to the subunit with continuous improvement
- To take on full accountability for create material driving plan towards supply chain; provide capability on deliver object level.
- Communicate forecast purchase request with supplier
- To initiate improvements between Flex and suppliers to secure material supply shorten total lead time and reduce total landing cost
- Monitor and manage the supply chain delivery performance to achieve the best delivery
- To maintain professional relationship between Flex and suppliers in order to keep healthy daily business
- To optimize the use of all resources and to empower all engaged employees
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- University degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the English language both verbally and in writing
- 6 years experience and proven track record in relevant management position with demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge about Ericsson business and business system
- Good knowledge of electronic suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of supplier management and supply chain
- Easy going and be initiative self-motivated and well organized
- Good interpersonal communicating skill
- Demonstrated leadership skills
