- IT Project support and implementations with a focus on high quality delivery.
- Close working relationship and communications with internal business/operations /Global IT technical teams
- Actively participate and provide systems solution/process design and for process improvements activities with business.
- Quick response and execution of systems enhancements requirements provided by key account customer/operations teams within the agreed SLA.
- Excellent and effective communication with the customer as well as the business (operations).
- Actively participate in regular business review meetings on IT statuses.
- Technical knowledge including stored procedures checking is a must as processes design requires technical know-how.
- Technical support including troubleshooting issues arising from testing through to live operations as well as agility & rapid implementation is responsible to support for both project implementation teams and ongoing business/operation teams.
- Business as usual (BAU) support is to provide backend technical support for existing operations also responsible for ensuring that all Change Requests (CRs) resulting from external customers scope changes beyond the originally sold business are properly quoted.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree above in Computer Science or Information Technology related.
- Technical knowledge and skills on Microsoft SQL database Oracle etc.
- Good Experience in implementing WMS related business applications system.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Good communication in verbal and written English - mandatory.
- Proven track record in project implementation.
- Strong ability and quick to independent learn.
- Self-motivated with team spirit and strong cooperative awareness.
- Positive enthusiastic smart and think logically.
- 2 years in similar IT position working experiences.
