A global consultancy is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join its Sydney this stand-alone role youll support around 60 local users while being part of a global IT team serving over 700 staff worldwide. The position offers the best of both worlds autonomy in managing local IT operations plus the opportunity to contribute to global projects and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 1 & 2 support to PC and Mac users
Manage onboarding offboarding and the full IT lifecycle for employees
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID Exchange Online)
Configure and deploy devices using Intune Ninja and JAMF
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure servers and system health
Oversee hardware repairs and manage IT asset inventory
Support IT project rollouts in collaboration with the global IT team
Maintain accurate IT documentation and knowledge base
Troubleshoot issues across hardware software and networks
Qualifications & Experience:
24 years of hands-on IT support experience ideally in a global environment
Strong Windows 11 expertise; MacOS experience a plus
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems and Office 365 Admin Portal (Active Directory desirable)
Knowledge of Hyper-V Azure Virtual Machines and networking fundamentals
Understanding of endpoint protection tools (e.g. Windows Defender)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support the rollout of new IT solutions
Reliable approachable and discreet when handling sensitive information
