Location: Dalian
What this job involves
- Daily system admin for master data management in financial system e.g. user access etc
- Check and approve payment request in bank portal daily for APAC countries
- Coordinate with different parties on new system transition testing training and user troubleshooting etc
- Gathering requirement and translating business needs into system configurations
- Work with IT and other teams to support system change or upgrade ensure cross functional alignment
- Work with the requester if data is unclearmissing
- Strictly follow on SLA and checking points to complete the request
- Priority the urgent requests to meet business requirement
- Ensuring request comply with both internal and external policies
- Archive all related documentations for audit purpose
- Resolve inquiries for stakeholders and system users on the daily basis via emails or phone calls.
- Independently coordinate with stakeholders for new work task transition comprehensively without any gap.
- Assisting with other ad-hoc work as required.
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- 4-5 years financial working experiences
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to manage workload to meet SLA
- Good sense of security & compliance
- Solid Microsoft skill especially for Excel
- Must be able to own responsibilities and processes.
- Be positive carefully and patient on daily work strongly in teamwork
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in finance & accounting
- Experiences in BPO industry or foreign enterprise especially on ERP & Financial Systems
- Payment approval or process control working experience is a plus
- Availability to learn and get new skill in self-learning
- Willing to continuous improvement and workflow automation.
