Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pega developers and architects in designing developing and implementing Pega solutions.

• Define and enforce best practices for Pega application development and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and design optimal solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Architect complex Pega applications ensuring scalability reliability and performance.

• Evaluate new Pega features and technologies making recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

• Work closely with project managers to define project scope timelines and deliverables.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Pega platform staying updated on latest trends and best practices.

• Participate in pre-sales activities including client presentations and solution demonstrations.

• Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Pega development processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.E/ (Electronics Electronics & Telecommunications Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification .

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega application development with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong understanding of Pega platform including case management decisioning constellation UI and integration capabilities.

• Proficiency in Java SQL and other programming languages commonly used in Pega development.

• Good knowledge in XML HTML CSS JavaScript
