DescriptionWe are seeking a Partner Support Representative to join our newly created Affiliate Partner Support this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and information about our partner program. Youll respond to general inquiries provide guidance and ensure a seamless support experience for partner customers and associated dealers.
JOB DUTIES:
- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers and/or dealers via phone in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and support regarding the program policies and procedures
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the ticketing system
- Follow established workflows and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the correct internal function
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the partner program and any changes or updates
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and team service level goals
- Deliver a customer-first experience by demonstrating active listening empathy and clear communication
- Perform customer outreach as needed to better understand the partner experience gather feedback and ensure a positive interaction with our program
MUST HAVE:
- Customer service experience in a contact center environment is preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow escalation procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
