Are you keen to join a busy high functioning and inclusive grants management team
We are seeking to appoint a self-starter to the role of Program Support Officer within the Waste Grants team; the team manages a suite of grants to the NSW resource recovery sector aimed at maximising recycling outcomes and keeping waste materials within the circular economy with the ultimate aim of reducing the amount of waste going to landfill.
In this role you will be part of a small busy team providing support across a range of responsibilities including records management drafting of documentation and correspondence financial administration support and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
Are you a self-starter who thrives in a busy work environment where you will work within a team whilst also having the autonomy to manage and be accountable for your workload and your decisions
You will need to be experienced across a range of computer software applications including word processing spreadsheets record keeping (preferably CM10) financial (preferably MyWorkZone) and grant management systems.
If you have strong attention to detail the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of work and can meet deadlines whilst working with and supporting a team we need you.
