As a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Transformation team you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic execution and value realisation. You will lead the development and governance of the strategic initiative portfolio ensure alignment with Prudentials long-term business objectives and partner with senior leaders to embed a performance-driven culture. This role is pivotal in ensuring that strategic investments deliver measurable outcomes and that transformation efforts are prioritised funded and executed effectively.

Job Descriptions:

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Governance

  • Lead the annual strategic planning process in collaboration with pillar leads and Group stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic initiativesfrom ideation and business case development to execution and benefit realisation.
  • Ensure initiatives are aligned with Prudentials strategic pillars and deliver against business plan targets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on project governance ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

Value Realisation & Performance Monitoring

  • Challenge and validate business case assumptions to ensure benefits are realistic ambitious and measurable.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze company-wide data and generate insights for strategic decisions making
  • Track initiative performance and proactively identify gaps risks and opportunities for intervention.
  • Drive accountability among initiative owners for delivering committed outcomes and value

Business Partnering & Capability Building

  • Act as a trusted advisor to pillar leads and senior leaders uplifting strategic thinking and execution discipline across the organization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve delivery challenges and accelerate decision-making.
  • Lead efforts to improve transparency agility and efficiency in strategic prioritization and funding processes.

Leadership & Transformation Enablement

  • Support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in shaping the transformation agenda and engaging with Group and local leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performing Strategy & Transformation team through coaching mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion a culture of innovation continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree / Professional Qualification in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field or Masters degree (e.g. MBA or equivalent) is required.
  • 10 years of experience in strategy transformation or portfolio management ideally within financial services insurance or consulting.
  • Proven track record in leading complex transformation programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)or equivalent certification in project/portfolio management is preferred
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks strategic planning cycles and value realization methodologies
