Job Summary

Director Digital Delivery & Agile Transformation

Position Responsibilities:

1. Agile Delivery & Transformation (50%)

  • Lead the Agile Team portfolio ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and delivery goals.

  • Drive the transformation to a Continuous Delivery Framework (CDF) with persistent squads and iterative delivery cycles.

  • Define and implement Agile best practices role clarity and collaboration models for Scrum Masters.

  • Partner with PMO and IT departments to embed Agile ways of working and foster delivery excellence.

  • Track Agile maturity team performance and delivery outcomes through metrics and reporting.

2. Digital Platforms Management (50%)

  • Oversee the management of digital platforms ensuring operational efficiency scalability and alignment with business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform strategy roadmap and performance metrics.

  • Lead platform lifecycle management including upgrades integrations vendor coordination and continuous improvement.

  • Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to monitor platform health and inform executive decisions.

  • Promote innovation and best practices in platform management and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in digital delivery Agile transformation or platform management.

  • Demonstrated success in leading Agile teams and implementing Continuous Delivery Frameworks.

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies digital platforms and enterprise delivery models.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Strong communication stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial acumen and familiarity with insurance or banking industry.

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in APAC markets.

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HKIA HKMA GDPR PDPO and AML.

  • Ability to lead through influence and empower teams across functions.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Empathy self-awareness and a customer-first mindset.
