Support the Workforce Transformation team in conducting analyses related to organizational design change management and talent strategy.
Collaborate with consultants to gather and interpret data on workforce trends employee engagement and performance metrics.
Assist in developing tailored solutions that drive effective workforce strategies and contribute to client success.
Participate in client meetings and workshops providing input and capturing critical information for project delivery.
Help prepare presentations reports and other documentation for client engagements ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Engage in research to stay informed about industry best practices emerging technologies and the future of work.
Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing PwCs consulting methodologies and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Human Resources Psychology or a related field.
Minimum GPA is 3.50 (out of 4.00)
Strong interest in workforce dynamics talent management and organizational change.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to join for full-time (40 hours a week) for a minimum duration of 3-months and maximum duration.6-months.
Added values if you have preferred skills:
Previous internship or work experience in consulting human resources or related areas.
Familiarity with workforce analytics and data visualization tools.
Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
