Job Description

Develop Category In to win strategy - Channel & Geo.

Develop Category IBP/QAP plans with growth target & investmenttarget.

Develop Simplified & trackable Category KPI (Distribution Shelf & Display)

Develop Category Promotion Strategy & Menu (driving sustainableprofitable growth).

Co-develop Category Solution Priorities &Action Plan with SMKT Category Solution Team.

Develop Category Joint Value Creation Story with strategic & winningcustomers

Category Plan Execution & Administration Work

University Degree level at minimum

5 FMCG working experience ; MT - 4 yrs working experience

6 People management experience

NKA HQ and Category HQ experience KA GT SMKT multi-functional experience preferred.
