Job Description
RN- Unit Manager (Day Shift)
Location: Concord NH 03301
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM End: 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 32 - 40 hours/week
Pay: $54 $58/hr; Depending on experience (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Active and Valid New Hampshire RN License.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
