Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) PICU Nights
Location: Syracuse NY 13210
Job Type: Travel Contract 13 Weeks 12-Hour Night Shifts 3 Shifts/Week 36 Hours/Week
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced PICU Registered Nurses to join the team at SUNY Upstate Golisano Childrens Hospital in Syracuse NY. This is a high-acuity fast-paced environment ideal for confident professionals with proven experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and compassionate care to pediatric patients in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center PICU.
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments documentation and care planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Float as needed within the PICU or similar units based on facility requirements.
  • Must be able to perform with minimal supervision after standard unit orientation.
Contract Details:

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend and some holidays required
Pay Rate: $68- $70/hr (regular OT callback holiday)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
