Compensation: $80000 to $156000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PICU Registered Nurse to join a dynamic pediatric team. This full-time role operates on a night shift schedule and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) environment. Youll apply specialized skills to provide compassionate high-level care to critically ill children in a supportive team-oriented setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
Monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
Utilize critical thinking and pediatric expertise to manage complex clinical scenarios
Adhere to safety quality and compliance standards
Contribute to a culture focused on whole-person patient-centered care
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Active Washington State RN license
BLS and PALS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 1 full year of post-graduation PICU nursing experience (Residencies and clinical rotations do not count toward this requirement)
National Certification in area of specialty (or willing to obtain)

Important Notes:
Only candidates with at least one full year of independent post-graduation PICU RN experience will be considered. Clinical rotations and residency hours will not be counted toward the minimum experience requirement.
