Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team in El Segundo CA. This is a full-time on-site role suited for a candidate with strong civil litigation experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The attorney will handle a wide variety of litigation tasks from legal drafting and depositions to motion practice and trial work.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage civil litigation cases from intake through trial and resolution

Draft pleadings motions discovery documents and legal briefs

Argue motions and attend court appearances in state and federal courts
-
Conduct and defend depositions
-
Oversee trial preparation and manage trials
-
Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
-
Maintain clear professional communication with clients and opposing counsel
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation including:
-
Commercial business disputes
-
Professional responsibility
-
Employment law and/or personal injury
-

Strong motion practice experience (drafting and oral argument)

Familiarity with California State and Federal Court procedures
-
Proven trial preparation and trial management experience
-
Skilled in taking and defending depositions
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Juris Doctor (JD) and active member of the California Bar
