Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex ServiceNow deployments with a strong preference for experience in the utilities sector. This is a contract role requiring strategic leadership cross-functional coordination and hands-on program management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation program from planning and design through deployment and stabilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT operations and business units to define requirements scope and success criteria.
- Manage vendor relationships including ServiceNow partners and system integrators.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards.
- Drive change management training and communication strategies to support adoption.
- Monitor program performance manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in program or project management with at least 3 years leading ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM CMDB and HRSD.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- PMP ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience implementing ServiceNow in a utility or energy sector environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements specific to utilities.
- Knowledge of integration with legacy systems and data migration strategies.
