Strategic Program Manager ICX
24 Month W2 Contract
San Jose or San Francisco CA (Hybrid)
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Operational Rigor: Drive a culture of excellence and accountability ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
- Anticipates & Mitigate Risks: Goes beyond status reporting to drive issues to resolution by anticipating risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Program Planning: Develops program plans that are unique to each initiative and understands dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver the highest quality offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all projects.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the companys strategic objectives and business outcomes.
- Communications & Branding: Lead the development and delivery of internal communications including newsletters branding initiatives and program updates ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across audiences.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- Experience in a Program Management or similar environment with sound understanding of project management methodologies and industry-standard processes.
- Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills with the ability to advocate a course of action.
- Ability to drive process improvements and champion a culture of operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude with a bias to action.
- Experience working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals initiatives and drive growth.
Pay Range:
$40.00 - $44.36/hour
