Responsibilities:
Handle daily live streaming operations across multiple platforms.
Prepare equipment and setup prior to live sessions (camera microphone lighting product layout).
Plan and execute live streaming activities including content scheduling script writing coordination with internal teams and inventory alignment.
Support host during live sessions: add/pin products read and respond to comments monitor audience engagement timekeeping manage in-stream promotions and generate likes.
Guide hosts to maintain interactive communication with viewers and promote products effectively.
Troubleshoot technical or content-related issues during live streaming (camera/audio failures product misalignment etc.).
Monitor live streaming trends analyze competitors activities and provide strategic recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
Responsible for developing creative briefs for each live session outlining key messages visual direction and promotional focus
Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports covering live performance metrics insights and actionable improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Operator Videographer or similar role in the creative industry.
Familiar with live streaming tools such as OBS or similar software.
Proficient in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras for professional live content production.
Understand live commerce trends and audience behavior across platforms like TikTok Shopee and Tokopedia.
Strong communication skills proactive detail-oriented and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) to collaborate with internal Chinese stakeholders or suppliers.
