This role oversees production materials safety quality and operational excellence across multiple value streams. Youll drive strategic execution foster a culture of continuous improvement and build high-performing teams that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production
Manage a major operational area ensuring alignment with business goals
Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans
Monitor performance resource allocation and process efficiency
Leadership & Team Development
Communicate strategy and inspire teams to achieve exceptional outcomes
Build team capability through coaching development plans and mentoring
Promote collaboration and accountability across departments
Quality Safety & Compliance
Lead quality assurance initiatives and develop tools to improve standards
