Job Description
Ensure risk identification assessment and mitigation throughout project execution to meet Dematic and customer requirements;
Proactively manage supplier delivery and quality risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk-aware decision-making;

Develop and implement risk management frameworks for projects including risk registers mitigation plans and contingency strategies;
Monitor and mitigate supplier-related risks (e.g. delivery delays quality defects) through regular audits contract reviews and performance evaluations;
Conduct risk workshops with project teams to identify critical risks in design installation and commissioning phases;- FMEA
Use FMEA risk matrices and statistical tools to prioritize risks and allocate resources effectively; - SQE
Collaborate with SQE and procurement teams to strengthen supplier quality agreements and resolve escalated issues;
Provide risk reports to senior management highlighting trends root causes and improvement actions;
Support project acceptance by addressing customer-identified risks and managing open points;
Business travel to supplier sites and project locations for risk assessments;Supplier Risk Management
Participate in the supplier selection process and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of potential suppliers in terms of quality delivery capability and financial stability;
Audit the quality management systems of suppliers to ensure compliance with company and industry standards;
Establish a supplier performance evaluation mechanism to regularly assess key indicators such as supplier delivery punctuality and order accuracy. Issue warnings and request corrective actions for underperforming suppliers;
Assist project quality engineers in developing inspection standards and acceptance procedures for supplier products to ensure that the delivered products meet project requirements;
