A growing educational organization is seeking a Title I Director to lead academic initiatives across schools with a strong focus on English and humanities instruction. This leadership role requires expertise in implementing Next Generation learning standards (grades 112) overseeing curriculum development and guiding teachers and supervisors to ensure high-quality instruction. The ideal candidate will balance instructional excellence cultural sensitivity and administrative oversight while ensuring compliance with Title I regulations.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the implementation of English and humanities instruction across multiple schools
Ensure alignment of curriculum with Next Generation learning standards (grades 112)
Conduct school visits to assess program delivery and provide feedback
Supervise teachers supervisors and academic teams
Develop refine and monitor curriculum and instructional practices
Ensure compliance with Title I guidelines and reporting requirements
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in English education and academic leadership
Strong curriculum development expertise
Ability to manage complex educational programs across multiple grade levels
Masters degree preferred but not required
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
