experienced professional to join them as
Senior / HR Executive (Payroll) (Ref: KHXXX)
This position reports to the Senior Executive HR & Admin and is responsible for the
various payroll and benefits initiatives and related matters.
The Job
1) Payroll
Monthly processing of payroll and payroll reports. Checking and making
payments for reimbursements and overtime.
Process Government Funding such as CCL/PL NS all other statutory claims and
submission ofCPF Income tax IR21 and etc
Handle all staff enquires pertaining to payroll-related matters.
Processing off-boarding for resignees such as informing IT updating of HRIS etc.
Attend to Auditors enquires pertaining to payroll-related areas of work
Preparation of half-yearly grants reports monthly overtime training MC
resignation-relatedreports and MOM survey reports.
2) Benefits Administration
Leave and benefits administration
Manage yearly insurance renewals and any other insurance matters including
WICA submission etc
3) HRIS
Maintain HRIS system data for new hires and any changes in existing staffs
information such as salary performance rating mobile allowance approval of
employee self-service etc
Ensure quality management of HRIS system data
4) Other HR areas
Ensure Policies under purview are updated at all times
Assist in BCM matters
Work with vendor in resolving any system issues that may occur
Preparation of employees requests for documents letters and SPR forms
Handle reference check for ex-employees
Support HR events and projects
Support and/or chair recreation club as and when required
Assignment of other duties as and when required
The Candidate
Degree with 3 years relevant experience / Diploma with 4-5 years relevant
experience
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A good team player and highly motivated goal-oriented individual
Multitasker with the ability to work and follow through within tight timelines
Meticulous individual with an eye for details
Strong in payroll implementation and computation
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and resilient to challenges
Possess good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook Excel Word and
Powerpoint
Familiarity with HRIQ would be an advantage
