Job Summary

OVERALL PURPOSE:

  • To coordinate with sales customers & delivery personnel to provide timely feedback and increase customer satisfaction with our delivery service.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors delivery trucks to ensure on time arrival to customer
  • Provide feedback and solution to customer complaints on late delivery short packing short delivery wrong packing case switching wrong delivery and personnel attitude
  • Inform sales if the trucker encountered problems with the customer (wrong ship to address no payment nobody to receive long receiving time etc.)
  • Constantly give suggestions and ideas on how to improve work processes and service to customers.
  • Assist truckers on problems like long receiving cannot locate customer address troubleshooting of ATM POS
  • Seeks feedbacks from customers regarding delivery service and personnel


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
