Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for a creative and energeticMultimedia & Social Media Specialist to join the Hardin Bar team. Youll be responsible for capturing on-site photo and video content editing short-form clips for social media and creating engaging visuals that highlight the bars events nightlife and culture.
Responsibilities
- Capture daily content (photo and video) during bar operations and events
- Edit content into social mediaready formats (Reels TikTok Stories)
- Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
- Experience withCapCut Adobe Premiere or Canva
- Creative eye for storytelling and visual presentation
- Must be comfortable working in a nightlife environment
- Strong sense of initiative and reliability
Compensation
â28000 â35000 per month
