DATA ANALYST SPECIALIST
Celaya Guanajuato Mxico.
Indefinite contract.
At Hutchinson Hose Plant we design and produce customized materials and connected solutions to meet the needs of our global automotive industry customers. We are seeking a Data Analyst Specialist to prepare analyze and maintain financial and operational data from systems such as ONE XA and PICS with the goal of generating strategic insights and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean transform and interpret data using statistical techniques.
- Develop implement and maintain databases and data collection systems.
- Present findings and translate data into understandable documents.
- Support data mining visualization and trend analysis.
- Consolidate monthly quarterly and annual financial information and support budgeting strategy and audits.
- Apply operational controls related to the companys management systems including ISO 14000 ISO 45000 ISO 50001 and IATF 16949.
Education:
Bachelors degree in economic-administrative fields engineering or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
Experience with XA systems (Mapics Powerlink) IFM ENG PUR INV modules; knowledge of PICS costing tooling BOM quotations EREQ; proficiency in Power BI and Excel (intermediate to advanced level); English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level); financial analysis budgeting KPIs dashboards consolidation and reporting methodologies.
Experience:
Previous experience in financial data analysis budget support information consolidation and interaction with departments such as sales purchasing engineering and manufacturing plants.
Soft Skills:
Organization discipline results-oriented mindset communication skills and analytical thinking.
