This role is in support of Cencoras global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Responsible for understanding all World Couriers products & services offerings and becoming a champion for practical integration of real world solutions.

Responsibilities:
Implement local sales strategies together with the BD team to sell and implement customer tailored solutions in Colombia and Peru.
Gathers information analyzes it and develops strategies under the supervision of the Business Development & Sales Manager and addresses dynamics that may affect the area of responsibility using solution selling techniques.
Responsible for New Sales by researching potential customers and partner with the SDR Team to qualify contacts accordingly.
Manages his/her prospect list/stock of potential clients and works with the SDR Team to generate the first contact with potential customers and contacts
Meets the customer visits target and creates a plan of action by following a Roadmap to sell.
Visits potential customers and carries out sales meetings with the goal of obtaining new sales and maintain the relationship to further upsell
Adjust sales presentations for potential customers according to specific needs using the company standards.
Completes follow-up on potential customers on all sales.
Maintains all current market data on competition and forwards any observations to local management.
Maintains sales statistics and forwards these to the Local Management.
Attends sales meetings as well as training and schooling.
Represents the corporation at trade-fairs and conventions.
Constantly informs himself/herself regarding the newest developments in the market and new products and services of the company as well as of the competition.
Keeps track of customers generating reports and information to be shared with the respective BD and Sales teams. Help to contact and prospect customers aligned with the respective BD and Sales strategies and tactics.
Manages sales force technology requirements such as solutions and systems.
Help to develop and conduct sales strategies and implement those strategies within the field sales organization by providing training and educational tools.
Maintain reports and KPIs applicable for the country.
Perform the budget for the Country Sales/Billing and for the sales related-expenses.
Help to organize all the events World Courier will participate in the country.
Requirements
1 3 years of sales education and 1 3 years of sales working experience.
Knowledge of the Life Science industry with its quality standards (GxP) and experience from sales within transport supply chain and logistics is highly desired.
Working knowledge of sales management sales planning and goal setting successful strategic and consultative selling techniques and related information.
Knowledge of business theory business processes management budgeting and business office operations.
Attend national and international meetings when applicable.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Skills required:
Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English level (B2).
Ability to formulate communicate and implement short and long-term strategies.
Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong understanding of the pharma industry and key relationships.
Demonstrates executive presence.
Understands sales trends and operating assumptions.
Excellent negotiation & organizational skills.
Excellent integration implementation and management skills.
Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
Good project management skills including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of various diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplace.
Good leadership & presentation skills.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to develop and maintain cooperative working and business relationships with others.
