The Opportunity
Were looking for a bilingual relationship-driven professional with a passion for equity and a flair for business development. As a Senior Associate Supporter Success & Growth youll manage a portfolio of Client (or as we say a Catalyst; Supporters) organizations across Canada with a special focus on Quebec. Youll blend strategic relationship management with proactive outreach to grow engagement and impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape Catalysts presence in the Canada East regionbuilding relationships identifying growth opportunities and helping organizations activate their Inclusion commitments.
