Job Summary
Established in 2002 Childrens Therapy Services is locally owned located in Overland Park Kansas and now in Mission Kansas. Childrens Therapy Services has provided speech and language therapy occupational therapy developmental and behavioral therapy sensory therapy social skills instruction early reading skills dyslexia intervention parent education and Autism and ADHD evaluations to over 7000 families in the Kansas City Metro.
Our mission is to maximize the potential of children by providing individualized family-centered education and intervention services.
Childrens Therapy Services is looking for a full time office receptionist to work at our Overland Park location.
Qualificationsinclude:
- Basic computer skills
- Personable and able to communicate well with families and therapists
- Ability to drive
- Fast learner
- Punctual and able to meet timelines
- Willingness to adapt and help as needed

This position is full time in person Monday- Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Friday 8:00-12 at our Overland Park office.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and welcoming them to our office
- Answer calls and scheduling patients
- Collecting patient payments
- Verifying patients insurance benefits
- Light cleaning of office
- Helping therapists as needed with organization and clients
Preference to applicants with medical billing or medical office experience
Starting rate is $17 per hour with benefits available.
