Our client is a global leader in manufacturing hubs in Thailand.
Theyre seeking a skilled Production Planning Supervisor to lead and supervise our Assembly and Pack-out function.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising assembly and Packing out functions.
- Monitoring & measuring production performance and resolving proactively
- Being foreseeable issues/problems together with the related people/department.
- Driving performance with a solid understanding of manufacturing/BOM/ERP system
- Analyzing and planning to maximize production efficiency and labour efficiency
- Controlling SKUs/Volumes per week to ensure production can execute successfully.
- Controlling weekly Flow chart hours to meet targets with reasonable plans
- Working closely with the Manufacturing team to ensure no business interruption caused by the supply.
- Working with the Master Planner/Procurement/Engineering/Quality team and executing the plan to develop.
- Leading weekly meetings to give the right signal to the production team.
- Developing people in the team to align with Mattels strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production or procurement in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT and numeracy skills.
- Leadership qualities and commercial awareness.
- Professional supply chain certification is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
